The Color Retouch service is for a root touch up that has to be lightened to achieve color. During service Ill be lightening your regrowth base color than applying color of choice. The Color Strip service is when a color remover is used to remove previous hair dye needed to be stripped off to achieve new color. The starting price is for short hair ( less product ) if hair is medium, long, extra long ( more product ) the add on price will be priced higher according to the amount of product needed.
